Vivekananda Sarovar, popularly known as Budha Talab is one the of oldest water bodies and landmarks of the city. It is believed that Swami Vivekanada used to bath and swim in this lake when he stayed in Raipur for 2 years during his teenage along with his family(1877 to 1879).
