Qudsia Mosque

The Qudsia Mosque was the private mosque of the emperor and his wife, and had been built in a very simple style surmounted by three-storied high walls. It was destroyed during the 1857 war. The gateway and the mosque were recently restored and efforts have been made to restore the garden to its original beauty.

Mosque has three entrances called ‘bays’. A water tank, popularly known as the ‘Vazoo’,was built outside the mosque for devotees to wash their hands before offering prayers.
